International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce that Dallas-based partner Manuel Rajunov has once again been named a Top 100 Lawyer for Corporate/M&A and Tax by Latinvex. This is the fourth straight year that Manuel has been recognized.
As co-head of McDermott’s Latin America practice, Manuel provides cross-border tax and transactional counsel to US and non-US multinational entities, with a particular focus on inbound and outbound Latin American investment strategies. This includes Israel-based companies on their investments in Latin America, and Latin American-based entities on their foreign investments. Manuel also advises clients on real estate investments, structured finance transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
Latinvex uses data from its annual survey of international firms to single out the top foreign lawyers in Latin America each year. Factors taken into consideration include recent track record on major deals and business, prominence of firm in Latin America and rankings by third parties such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and Refinitiv.
