Overview
Antony Martinez, who handled corporate aspects, led the McDermott team that advised an indirect subsidiary of U.S. investment fund Lone Star Real Estate Fund III in the acquisition and refinancing of Coeur Défense (Heart Defense). Other members of the team included Bertrand Delafaye, Antoine Vergnat, Noemie Fort and Jules Bourboulon.
