Monsanto PCBs Caused Men’s Cancer, Calif. Jury Told

Anthony Upshaw told a California jury hearing claims by two plaintiffs that exposure to the chemical PCB caused their specific types of cancer, “This not about whether PCBs cause cancer. It’s about whether PCBs cause non-Hodgkin lymphoma. And don’t be fooled.” Mr. Upshaw had previously defended the chemical’s manufacturer in a similar case where a California jury found the company not liable for a $15 million injury claim.
