Giancarlo Castorino, Ettore Scandale and Emidio Cacciapuoti joined the Milan office as partners from another major law firm. Mr. Castorino focuses in banking and finance law, with an emphasis on real estate, property finance, acquisition finance and restructuring. Mr. Scandale’s corporate practice focuses on private equity. Mr. Cacciapuoti specializes in regulatory aspects of funds and private equity fund structures and carried-interest plans, including taxation.
