David Broderick, Brian Donnelly and Rachel Kelly joined McDermott’s Corporate & Transactional Practice Group as partners. David Brigleb, Harrison Kleinman and Shane Goodhue also joined the group as associates, and Kerry Pettigrew joined as a senior associate. Ms. Kelly is based in London, and the others are based in New York.
