McDermott Adds Partner to Chicago Private Equity Group

Joshua Samis has brought to the Chicago office as partner his experience and special focus on financing corporate transactions and private equity. Mr. Samis, who came from another global law firm, said “there’s a lot of energy right now” in McDermott’s corporate and finance practice, and called his move “a really exciting opportunity to come in to the financing side of their private equity practice.”
