Michael McStay, new corporate and transactional practice group partner in Chicago will continue focusing on middle market private equity deals because of what he termed the “exciting pace of the work and constantly being able to explore new industries and new companies, as well as the team-oriented aspect of deal work.” Mr. McStay added he was drawn to McDermott because of its reputation for private equity deals in the health care sector.
