Overview
LONDON (11th May 2018) Leading international law firm McDermott Will & Emery has advised private debt firm LGT European Capital on its role as debt provider to private equity firm Livingbridge in the management buyout of insurance broker Coversure Insurance Services Group (CISG).
Livingbridge’s investment has facilitated the acquisition of CISG by its existing management team. The deal is set to complete later in 2018 subject to regulatory approval.
The McDermott team was led by partner Peter Crichton, supported by associate Linda Zeman and trainee Gemma Cullen.
