PARIS (April 3, 2018) – Leading international law firm McDermott Will & Emery has represented MisterFly, the French online flight and hotel booking services company, on its acquisition of BazarChic Voyages (Idiliz) from BazarChic (a subsidiary of Galeries Lafayette).
The deal sees MisterFly become the exclusive travel partner of BazarChic, a web site for private ‘trend’ and premium travellers.
The McDermott team was led by Paris-based corporate partner Diana Hund, assisted by Myrtille Lapuelle, counsel, who advised on labor law aspects. Partner Laurent Ayache advised on regulatory aspects, with Antoine Vergnat, partner, advising on tax. Romain Perray, partner, advised on data protection with Laura Morelli, counsel, advising on intellectual property aspects.
