Michael Cziesla and Norman Wasse led the McDermott team that advised TransDigm Group Inc. on German law aspects for its acquisition of all shares in SCHROTH Safety Products GmbH as well as certain aviation and defense assets from subsidiaries of Japan’s Takata Corp. Both lawyers advised TransDigm on other transactions before joining the Firm.
