Ian Schwartz has joined McDermott as a corporate and transactional partner and as head of the Firm’s investment funds practice. Mr. Schwartz advises clients on fund formation and operation, with a particular focus on private equity funds, as well as on co-investments, collateral debt obligations, buyouts, mezzanine debt and real estate fund transactions.
