Overview
Ian Brooks, new IP litigation partner in the Washington, DC office, called his representation of clients before the International Trade Commission and in post-grant review proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office “exciting” and “interesting.” Mr. Brooks added that he enjoys using his engineering background (which he used to work for Lockheed Martin Corp. before entering law school) in his intellectual property work.
