Anh Lee, who joined the Chicago office as partner from another major law firm, advises corporate clients on debt financing and represents investment and private equity funds as well their portfolio companies. She also advises public and private companies in all aspects of secured and unsecured financing, leveraged buy-outs and restructurings.
