McDermott Will & Emery to Help Gabon to Set Up Arbitration Center

Jacob Grierson, who is working to help set up an arbitration, mediation and conciliation center in the African Republic of Gabon, said the arbitration center would offer such advantages as confidentiality, timeliness, neutrality and the availability of arbitrators in litigation.
