Ian Schwartz will head McDermott’s Investment Funds Practice as a new partner in the Firm’s New York Corporate & Transactional Practice Group. He focuses on fund formation (particularly private equity funds) and advises funds and their investment advisers on legal and regulatory compliance in fund formation.
