William Gaede, Eric Hagen, James Hill, M. Miller Baker, Daniel Greene, and John Low have represented Ambry Genetics Corp. in intellectual property disputes involving its genetic breast cancer tests. Ambry has reached a settlement agreement with a major competitor and four other plaintiffs, who have agreed to dismiss their respective claims and counterclaims against each other with prejudice in the patent infringement litigation.
