NAM, Chamber Reject Call for U.S. Investment Review Akin To EU Process

McDermott’s March 11 Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) forum at the Firm’s Washington, DC office gave a National Association of Manufacturers official the opportunity to reject calls by activists for a review of the investment provisions in U.S. trade and investment agreements, because the government just completed such a review in 2012.
