Andrea Kramer and McDermott, as members of the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL), were recognized as nominees for this year’s Chambers Women in Law Awards. Ms. Kramer was nominated for “Inspiring Role Model in Promoting Gender Diversity in the Legal Profession,” and McDermott received nominations for its programs to foster the needs of women professionals in talent management and mentoring, pro bono and networking.
