David Ransom and Erica Stocker, both with extensive previous Capitol Hill experience, will lobby for “legislative changes to the Internal Revenue Code to enhance the marketability of Kombucha” on behalf of Kombucha Brewers International. The changes would relate to the alcohol content designation of the beverage.
