Overview
Stephen Kranz assessed the Remote Transactions Parity Act (RTPA) as recently introduced into Congress, saying that overall, the bill follows the basic architecture of the Marketplace Fairness Act already under consideration, “but it provides additional simplifications and protections to remote sellers and certified service providers.”
