Ron Holland commented on the National Labor Relations Board’s ruling that private sector unions cannot require nonmembers to contribute to any lobbying or political activities. “I certainly think there’s more to come, and this is a step in that direction,” said Holland. “But of course the board’s ability to limit agency fees in the private sector is going to be very different.”
