Todd Harrison, who as a former New York federal prosecutor worked with President Obama’s Attorney General nominee Loretta Lynch, described her as a “very impressive yet understated leader” who “is smart but not in a flashy sort of way … very self-confident and secure in who she is.” Mr. Harrison suggested that Lynch may improve DOJ’s relationship with Congress because “she is very good at relating to people.”
