David Levine told a conference on Cuban investment opportunities that new US regulations for relations with Cuba “have authorized a start on changes but still require actions from Cuba for 100% implementation.” Adding that it is difficult to predict when trade relations will be fully normalized, Mr. Levine said that “even those opposed to normalization will find it very difficult to maintain this position because normalization has already begun and, after the presidential election these efforts will continue.” Read the full article.
