McDermott has agreed to share client referrals and coordinate service strategies in Cuba with Spain’s Olleros Abogados. David Goldman noted that there are no plans to enter into a formal agreement with the Spanish firm, or to open offices on the island, but he described the arrangement as a “good opportunity” and called Olleros a “nice firm to do business with.”
