Overview
Mark Nebergall has joined the Washington, DC, office as senior counsel, where he will advise clients on all aspects of tax policy with respect to software transactions at the state, federal, and international levels. His previous experience includes work for the US Department of Justice’s tax division and as an executive with two major trade associations.
