James Ross discussed his UK tax law practice in this interview. Noting that his current work includes M&A transactions, family office property investment structures, the establishment of an investment fund, a supply chain restructuring and answering tax authority inquiries, Mr. Ross called his workload “a varied diet, which is much the way I prefer things and one of the reasons I first joined McDermott.”
