Diana Hund advised the founding family of women’s high-end shoe manufacturer Parallèle on the financial structure of selling a 55% stake in the company to REF International Partners, a fund that invests in small, entrepreneurial French and Italian businesses. The company will use the additional capital to expand its marketing reach, especially in Asia.
