Parties Finalize Settlements in 7 D.C. Transfer Pricing Cases

Miller Baker represented corporate taxpayers in settlements with the District of Columbia’s Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR) in cases involving $9.2 million in assessments based on transfer pricing analyses conducted by Chainbridge Software LLC. “We remain very pleased that OTR has discontinued its contract with Chainbridge for audit services,” Mr. Kranz said.
