Court Case Doesn’t Bar Patent Challenge at PTAB, Board Says

Nicole Jantzi, Paul Schoenhard and Ian Brooks are representing AM General, maker of Humvee military vehicles, in a patent challenge before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. The PTAB ruled that AM General can proceed with challenging the patent for an engine device even though the government settled in Federal Claims Court an infringement case over the device.
