Jacques Buhart, who in addition to being a partner in McDermott’s Paris office is also a member of the board of trustees of Sorbonne Law School and a former chair of the International Bar Association, was noted among the faculty of the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law’s summer program on comparative business law.
