Person of the Year

Arthur Rosen praised Robert Plattner, selected State Tax Notes person of the year for his work on corporate tax reform in New York state, as “a consistent champion of tax reform” who “set forth the overall contours of what he believed was good tax policy, gathered support within the relevant government circles, and engaged the business community in meaningful discussions.”
