Marco Cerritelli, Valentina Perrone and Anne Vesco provided project and infrastructure finance advice and assistance to Pessina Costruzioni of Milan during the bidding process and in signing the contract for the planning, construction and management of the new covered velodrome in Spresiano (Treviso).
