Jim Moran and Jeff Miller were retained by billionaire Steven Cohen (whose son is a veteran) to advocate on veterans issues, and in particular more funding for the VA Choice program. Cohen has helped fund a network of mental health programs for veterans, pledging a $325 million gift toward the effort.
