Stephen Ryan, head of McDermott’s government strategies practice and a former general counsel for the Senate governmental affairs committee, will represent President Trump’s personal lawyer in the various government probes connected to Russian involvement in the 2016 election, and said his client will cooperate “in all governmental inquiries.”
