Marc Sorini addressed the Craft Brewers Conference regarding beer industry legal issues, emphasizing that the industry’s three-tier distribution system, established after Prohibition ended, is “always evolving” as times and technology have changed. “The system now largely works for everybody” he added, “But what it does illustrate that it has evolved over time, and we should continue to evolve it if the policy arguments make sense.”
