Charles Weir argued in a California court that because “it was clear as day” that his medical research company client had met confidentially with Planned Parenthood officials to discuss use of fetal tissue, an anti-abortion group’s secret videotape of the meeting could not be made public under First Amendment grounds. Gregory Jones and Kate Hammond represent the company along with Mr. Weir.
