Lowell Yoder, Timothy Shuman, Barry Quirke, Philip Levine and John Robert served as tax and US antitrust counsel to Coty in its addition of 43 beauty product brands spun or split off by Procter & Gamble. The $12.5 billion deal was structured as a tax-friendly Reverse Morris Trust transaction and is expected to close in 2016.
