Overview
Todd Solomon was profiled as a “leader who shapes the conversation” in the retirement and health-care benefit industry. Mr. Solomon said that in law school, “I had it in the back of my mind that I wanted to practice in employee benefits. It just felt like something I was good at.” Today he emphasizes retirement plans, executive compensation and plan investments, and has a focus on same-sex benefit issues as being “compelling and interesting and a little bit like the last civil rights issue out there.”
