Overview
Michael Sartor has bolstered the private equity practice in McDermott’s Boston office, joining as partner from another major law firm to advise private equity clients on mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and general corporate law matters. It was noted that his addition “continues McDermott’s hot streak in expanding its private equity practice in recent years,” which includes new partners Stephanie McCann (Chicago), Leonard Klingbaum (New York), Nikolaus von Jacobs (Munich), and Mark Davis (London).
