Lisa Linsky was profiled as founder of McDermott’s LGBT Diversity & Inclusion Committee. “I’ve learned that people do want to understand the issues of concern to colleagues and to the LGBT community more broadly,” Ms. Linsky said, adding that her efforts have helped create “deeper understanding and sensitivity to this civil rights movement,” and also have been “important for attorney satisfaction, which is the other side of the coin of employee retention.”
