Overview
Anthony Upshaw was profiled for his success as a rainmaker, which he said began when he was an associate whose successful work meant “there was suddenly a group of people who were working on clients that I brought in, and I was responsible for feeding them. A certain sense of responsibility definitely goes with that.” Today Mr. Upshaw is partner-in-charge of litigation in McDermott’s Miami office and has tried over 30 significant civil jury trials to verdict.
