International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce that London-based partner Ranajoy Basu and Singapore-based partner Siddhartha Sivaramakrishnan have been named to India Business Law Journal’s International A-List.
Ranajoy focuses his practice on structured finance with key experience in debt capital markets transactions. He has a broad range of experience in international capital markets advising a wide range of participants, including arrangers, originators, servicers and trustees, in connection with the securitisation of a wide variety of assets in numerous jurisdictions, including emerging markets transactions. This is the second consecutive year that Ranajoy has been included on the International A-List.
Siddhartha focuses his practice on the representation of APAC and EMEA investment bank underwriters, issuers and vendors in a wide range of US and international capital markets transactions. These include numerous equity and debt offerings under Rule 144A and Regulation S and SEC-registered offerings. Siddhartha also advises on M&A and de-SPAC transactions.
