Byron Kalogerou, speaking at a webinar held by McDermott regarding the SEC’s rules governing Regulation A+ online securities offerings, said that, “While it’s still in its early days, I do believe that for the right company, in particular one that has a retail investor base or wants to develop a retail base, Regulation A+ can be a great alternative.”
