Stephen Kranz, who is among the attorneys representing CDR Systems in a brief asking the Oklahoma Supreme Court to reconsider its decision upholding the state’s capital gains deduction (which is more generous for Oklahoma-headquartered businesses than those with headquarters outside the state), said that he is confident in CDR’s legal position as presented in the brief and is “hopeful that this matter can be resolved at the Oklahoma Supreme Court level.”
