Becky Martin commented on the Department of Justice’s actions following the recent revisions to the “Yates Memorandum”. The DOJ is still “evincing interest in senior management and the board of directors,” Martin said. “There’s no reason to consider this a change in policy that should lessen the need to have a robust compliance program.”
