Milan (June 6, 2017) – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Inspired, one of the leading global private education providers, and its subsidiary International School of Europe, in their acquisition of International Schools of Italy and International School of Ticino.
Inspired is a co-educational, non-denominational, independent school group designed to inspire students to achieve their maximum potential in a nurturing, progressive academic environment from ages 1 to 18.
This new acquisition enables Inspired to further strengthen its presence in the Italian market after its recent acquisition of International School of Europe and Saint Louis School.
The McDermott team representing Inspired comprised Transactions partner Ettore Scandale and associate Oscar Arcà.
