Four Firms Advise on the Restructuring of Optimum Group by IXO Private Equity

Carole Degonse, Antoine Vergnat and Julie Seroka counseled the management of Optimum Group, the leading French manufacturer of sliding closet doors, in the company’s restructuring by IXO Private Equity. Following the transaction, IXO Private Equity will have controlling interest while Optimum management will also have a capital stake.
