Nicholas Holland has joined McDermott’s international private client practice group in London, where he will advise institutional trustees and private clients, particularly in multi-jurisdictional and offshore trust disputes. McDermott was noted as having one of the very few strong private client practices of a US firm in London, and Carol Harrington, head of McDermott’s international private client practice group, said that the skills of Mr. Holland will add to” a full-service team with critical mass in this key local market.”
