Jon Dubrow described new FTC rules which could make up to 30 pharmaceutical companies file Hart-Scott-Rodino licensing deal reviews with it and the Justice Department as “actually a pretty big chunk. That’s 60 filings that have to be prepared — the time and money is not insignificant. The parties have to build that into integration planning and have to sit tight while they go through the HSR process.”
