Jon Dubrow, Carla Hine and Cerissa Cafasso were cited as authors of an alert regarding the Department of Justice’s documents in a settlement defining how acquisition parties can coordinate their actions. The authors called the documents a must-read to understand the “basic rules of engagement” for pre-merger planning, writing that they “provide some contours around how competing parties to a transaction should structure due diligence activities.”
